I contacted Jessica needing my place to be deep cleaned using eco safe products, I described the areas in which needed cleaning and some minimal organizing, mostly finding places for thing that I had not declared a designated space. She had asked for photos which I provided and the next morning she had sent me an email with a detailed estimate including all tasks with estimated time of completion for which she would be completing. After looking over Jessica's estimate, I reached out to her again to let her know it was within my budget and fair. She came to my residence as expected at our prearranged time. She was very professional and prepared. I had checked in on her randomly throughout the duration and never heard her using her cell nor had I even heard any type of ring or notification. She spent her time diligently completing each chore from the list. When time was up and she was finished she gathered up her things informed me she was finished and provided me with a detailed checklist of all chores completed, length of time it took to complete and supplies that were used and where the supplies were used to complete each chore. If I still lived in the Reno area I would still be contracting her services today.

Jessica was very courteous and professional. Her work quality is second to none. She also seems to be a stickler for punctuality. I have definitely recommend her to friends and family.
