- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a case by case basis depending on the distance I must travel, number and type of pets that I am to care for and the duration. Typically it starts at $20 a visit and up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak on the phone and I will ask about your pets and what your needs for them are, then if I can assist you, we will set up a meet and greet where I will have you will out a few forms, meet your pets and you can show me where their food is and how you do things and provide a key should you feel confident that I am a good fit for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life skills and over 17 years of experience caring for all types of breeds and species of animals has taught me how to care for them.
