He has serviced over 1,000 pool tables educating our clients and partners in the process. He loves to think outside the box, and often times likes to take on projects that challenges his skills. His exceptional skills and the knowledge he acquires about pool tables is what sets him apart from the rest in our industry. My name is Francine, the head of administrations and co-owner of Royalty Billiards. My goal for every client of ours, whether be a repeat, a referral, or a brand new client, is to make things as simple as possible from start to finish through their whole pool table experience! I pride myself in giving exceptional customer service and educating everyone in the purchases of their services or pool tables! I want to make sure at the end of every phone conversation, my clients are happy and have an understanding of what to except in owning, buying, or servicing their pool tables! I also help clients, free of charge, to sell there pool tables, and re-home tables we take in from all over, in organizations such as boys and girl clubs, retirement homes, after school programs, etc.! I take pride in working side by side with my husband in educating our clients and furthering our own education with every service and experience we provide!
