Our water heater was playing up. Other plumbers had come out and could not diagnose it. Steve did he also shows up when he says he will, which is a rare find these days, ghosting seems to be the new normal. We later decided to bite the bullet and get a new water heater due to selling the house and knew the buyers agent would pick holes in the age of the current one. Steve installed the new one and would could not be more pleased with his work and professionalism. We'd never met Steve before the water heater saga, and have since recommended him to many others who are equally impressed. He is an all round nice guy super smart, friendly and explains exactly what he is doing. We'd never use anyone else. Thank you Steve we appreciate you.

Military training in the electrical field. Trade school for HVAC/R. And 15+ years experience as a commercial refrigeration and hvac technician.

Being a Homeowner that loves to solve problems and fix everything I can myself, my work as a refrigeration and HVAC technician is just a natural fit. Then applying those skills (in troubleshooting, assembly, moving, etc) has led to doing handyman jobs
