I bring over 15 years of hands-on experience from my career in commercial HVAC and refrigeration, plus a background in electrical, carpentry, and general home repairs. I’m a U.S. Army veteran, a volunteer fire chief, and someone who takes pride in doing things the right way the first time. I always do my best to keep clear communication with my customers. NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS ARE EMERGENCIES ONLY - $150/HR. 2 HR MINIMUM -$25 travel fee in the Reno/Sparks area. $0.50/mi. Outside Reno/Sparks. - Labor time is calculated as Portal to Portal including travel time, parts pickups, etc… unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the project. - $69 estimate fee for on site evaluations and estimates - estimate fee will be credited towards final invoice if job is accepted and completed. Discounts: I offer a 10% LABOR discount to all Veterans, First Responders, and Educators.
