FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer no-nonsense, fully disclosed pricing. We do not mark up costs for vendors who work at your property - your cost is the amount on the invoice. We do not gouge your residents with fees that push your rent price down and make people move right at the end of the lease term.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to know who you are so we can give you the best possible experience: what is your preferred method of communication, and how often would you like to hear from us? We will review our general monthly and annual management cycle with you, and give an overview of common occurrences, such as tenant deposit accounting and handling of repairs. When something happens at your property, we will keep you informed, including how we will proceed and the estimated cost.
