- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a Buyer, you do not pay directly to a Real Estate agent for services. The Seller of the home will provide the Seller’s agent and Buyer’s agent with the commission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the new client as much as time allows. I have a wonderful hand out that I give to new clients, just to get a feel for their personality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years! I have a Real Estate license, a degree in Biology, and a heavy pour in bartending.
