We give Jason a five star review. Food was amazing. Very personal and professional. Everything just as we discussed, steak, lobster, garlic mashed potatoes, prosciutto wrapped asparagus. Exceeded my expectations. He even loaded the dishwasher! Side note, we needed a small wedding cake, he referred me to his good friend, her cake was amazing. We will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend to everyone looking for a personal chef to create a memorable evening.

I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing a culinary masterpiece created by Chef Jason. He prepared a 4 course meal for 8 people, and from start to finish, it was nothing short of exceptional. The freshness of the ingredients used in every dish was immediately evident. Chef Jason's ability to cater to different dietary preferences and restrictions within our group was also commendable! What truly set this dining experience apart was Chef Jason's professionalism and attention to detail. He took the time to explain each course, which added a layer of sophistication and depth to the meal. His passion for his craft enhanced the overall experience. I booked Jason for my 15 person bachelorette party over Labor Day Weekend in South Lake Tahoe. From the start when I first called him, he was extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. He wanted to make our dinner the best he could for the amount of people and was able to work with my price point. He was communicative and very punctual. He arrived at our Airbnb and got to work in the kitchen! He made Herb Ricotta Crostini, a Mozzarella Arancini with arrabbiata sauce, Basil pesto gnocchi with burrata cheese and heirloom tomatoes and a prosciutto wrapped chicken with rosemary gremolata, fontina mashed potatoes, and roasted garlic broccolini and a Tiramisu for dessert. He cleaned everything to a tee and we had the best experience! 12/10 recommend booking Jason for your next event!

Chef Jason was amazing to work with and prepared an incredible meal for our dinner party to celebrate an 86th birthday. From the beginning stages of planning he was responsive and easy to work with. He was attentive to our requests and didn’t miss a detail. The day of our event he arrived on time and fully prepared. He was personable and professional. With every course he not only took into consideration our preferences but enhanced them in ways only an experienced chef could. Every one of us loved every course of our meal and our guests could not stop talking about it the rest of the weekend. He even prepared a separate kid’s meal for the child present. Chef Jason allowed us to not only thoroughly enjoy our meal but the entire evening without the need to prep, cook, serve or clean up after. Chef Jason is truly exceptional and we highly recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on wants. I do not cut corners. If you are looking for cheap food I’m not your guy. If you are willing to come up a tad in price I will make your event memorable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the guest decides to use me. We work together to come up with a menu and event that they want. Then it’s on me to make sure we exceed expectations
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to culinary school in Boston. I’ve worked for Morton’s Steakhouse, The Capital Grille and Wolfgang Puck
