We had 20 year old air conditioning units that were on borrowed time and after the inspection visit this year, we decided to go ahead and replace the units. The time between the inspection and appointment to have them installed was just a few days. We were surprised at how quickly they were able to send a team to replace the units. Quincy and Steven arrived on time on our scheduled day and worked diligently replacing the units. They were polite, kind, neat, and respectful of us and our home. The units have been in place for a week and Quincy just came back out to check the units and reassure us that all was working properly. Our old units made terrible noise, so we were not used to what new, working units sounded like. LOL! Again, Quincy was just so incredibly kind, respectful and reassuring. What an asset he is to Hawthorne, plumbing, heating, and cooling.
