- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep it simple. All contracts are lump sum. Unless requested to be otherwise. We bill progressive. Most hourly rate should it develope as a request starts at $45 per man hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes! It's a must. When the owner sees the value there are great things that can be accomplished. Those things turn into real dollars. Things like solar, foam insulators, metal materials in the right place extends the life of your investment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I realized I enjoyed describing a project in paper and then to build that in real life. The excitement in being able to fully understand a project process is very rewarding.
