- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I discount any project 10% for seniors and veterans
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact my company I will then schedule a date and time to give you an estimate I will provide you that estimate within 1 to 3 business days. We typically schedule a time range such as between 3 and 5 pm or similar to that. Understand that in this business to just stop working and tell a customer you will return another day to finish up is frustrating to anyone so to ensure the highest quality service we will most of the time be running behind as we will take the time with Each and every customer to ensure their satisfaction and answer any questions they may have as well as to finish the job in one day versus having to return
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certificate in horticulture with a BA in science. Certified interior designer and landscape engineer.
