If it's an exterior home being done we always powerwash the entire home to remove all dirt, spider webs, chipping paint, wasp nests ect. this also helps with the materials being applied to the home giving a good clean look. Interior of homes are always masked off as we will be sure to keep your furinture safe from any paint this includes your flooring, carpets or any area you wish. We love giving every home a great look and that's why we all love painting. If it's ugly then we will make it look pretty again in a professional manner.

Erica and her team basically achieved the impossible for me this weekend. I had only two days to accomplish a massive amount of work before I left to return to LA. Here's the list of projects - and no, I'm not making this up: - four interior walls (3,600sq ft house with great room) - entry way to the property - entire back patio - steps to patio - sand, stain and varnish great room breakfast bar - touch up throughout (including ceilings) - sand, fill and paint exterior fencing around dog run and storage area - scrape, skim and repaint pointing at the back of the house - repaint closet doors in guest room - touch up and paint ceiling in toddler room All this was done in a day and a half for a great price. On time. On Budget. Great Results. -

They are not very good and they take advantage of their customers. They had to redo the job is painting exterior trim twice so we didn't have them finish the original quote for the reason of being dissatisfied yet they conned more money out if my mom who knew nothing about the situation and they didn't preform they tasks they charged for. We had already paid for services rendered and they convinced my mom we owed more. I would not recommend this company.

This customer was never coned out of extra money not had we had to repaint to fix anything. This was a staining job along with doing interior baseboards and the customer was unable to remove the baseboards to replace and for us to paint so they didn't get done the customer also was unaware of the correct materials to be applied to the exterior as they thought it was paint when it was a stain so had I not taken the correct steps to verify the correct materials we might still be painting today because the lack to match. This issue was resolved with customer as the home was sold that next weekend.

I bid by the job so it all depends on the building, home or whatever the request of painting needs it's all different per job.

I like to take the new customer around the areas that we would be painting that way the customer understands our process and is aware of the areas that may need special attention.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a painting contractor here in nv and I have completed the required tests to work in this state. I also am osha certified , lead certified and have been in the field of painting for over 15 years.
