Introduction: I have been shooting professionally for over 40 years now. My clients generally LOVE their images and keep coming back for more. I am at home in just about any environment and I am up for pretty much any challenge. Please be sure to read through my Thumbtack reviews to see just how satisfied my clients are with my work. I treat each client and each image with extreme care and attention to meticulous detail... each and every image is carefully processed and edited before the client ever sees the finished product... I do not use any "actions", "macros", or "one fix for all images editing processes or formulas"... ever image is treated as a unique image to be edited... because that is what every image really is... totally unique from all others.... Creativity and the opportunity to work with new clients... these are both very exciting aspects and opportunities for me... and when I can make people smile when they see the images that we create together that is a very rewarding experience for me...

Michael has a lot of great reviews on-line and after our portrait session, we too agree with all the wonderful accolades. He was not only friendly and easy to work with but very generous with his time and we felt very at ease with him. On top of that, he's also very knowledgeable about the local (Reno) area weather patterns and helped us to choose the perfect time of the day for our outdoor portrait session! We would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a photographer without question!!

He was very responsive, professional and arrived early to our location. We had 14 family members to photograph and almost all the photos were of excellent quality. A great value for our gain. Also, we were able to receive photos within 24 hours. We would definitely use Michael again.

Michael is a very professional photographer – Responsive, Detailed, and Experienced. I needed estate pictures of my Tahoe Cabin, and within three days after my initial call, he delivered a finished product. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts for cash and military + police/firefighters. Installment plans available. I can customize a session to meet your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, I like to meet new clients face to face to discuss their photographic needs. We get to know each other and "break the ice" before there's a camera involved. I find that works much better than just meeting up on the day of the shoot.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love the opportunity to capture special moments in life and make them eternal through digital imagery... and I love working with new people and helping achieve their goals...
