Olsi apparently didn’t fully understand the instructions for my storm door installation. While he and a cohort worked long and hard, they skipped a part that would have prevented cold air leaking inside. I pointed out the problem, and explained why it should’ve been done a different way, and he basically shrugged it off and said the job was finished. After he left, I reached out to the manufacturer, and (for a fee) they sent me the missing part, and suggested the handyman likely discarded it. I am grateful the door is in place, but I am disappointed I will need to tackle the correction myself.

Our bathroom had to be partially demolished due to water damage and was in need of restoration. Olsi gave us a reasonable rate and finished the project thoroughly and professionally. We are very pleased with our new bathroom! Our bathroom was built back with fine craftsmanship. They were very tidy and respectful of our home. This was my first time using Oliver Construction & Remodeling, and I couldn't be happier. I needed my deck resurfaced and the railings straightened. Olsi came by promptly and provided a quick estimate. I expected the project to take several weeks, but Olsi and his team got to work right away. They removed the old deck boards and started installing the new composite decking the very next day. The entire project, including the removal of the old decking, was completed in just a few days. I'm thrilled with the results and will happily use them again for future projects.
