Customer service is my number one priority. I try to be as flexible as possible. I realize that a customers schedule can change at the last minute so last minute changes are no problem. I like knowing that I've left my customers and their pets happy. Everyone loves their dogs but not everyone can find enough time to get them all of the exercise they need. Leaving my customers with peace of mind that their pets are well cared for is the best part of my job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I decided to start a dog walking and pet sitting service because I was always told you should dowhat you love. Working with animals has been a passion of mine since I was a kid. I have always had a pet in my life and I really enjoy knowing that my customers feel their pets are well cared for. Having my customers tell me they feel they never have to worry when I'm caring for their pets makes my day!
- What types of customers have you worked with?My most common type of job is daily dog walking but pet sitting is a big part of my job as well. Boarding is also used often.
