I called Grasshopper and they came the same day. I was very happily surprised with their quick assistance. Matt and Joe who came to do the work spent a lot of time before the work explaining to me what they would do , they listened to me attentively, they explained everything thing in detail than the company I had used before. Even after they finished the work, they spent a lot of time explaining in detail what was done and what they found with derailed pictures taken for my file plus what I will need in the future. They also spent a lot of time listening and responding to all the questions I had including my future furnace plans. I strongly recommend Grasshopper and will use them again."See more
