I was extremely pleased with my experience with Joe and Capital City Fitness!! He was a pleasure to deal with both online and in person. He was on time for our scheduled appt, made the repair quickly, explained what he did and what he found and then was kind enough to not charge me the labor fee, only the part and travel fees!!! I would definitely use Capital City Fitness again and would recommend them to others!!

I wanted to know if it is worth fixing our broken teadmill or if we have to buy a new one. Joe was right on time, polite, and didn't even charge as much as advertised. I was a few minutes late, but he called me and waited. I'm waiting to see what it'll cost to fix my machine, but whether or not it's worth fixing, I'll have the information, instead of guessing. Totally worth the price for getting information.

Great service. Joe was very knowledgable and helpful during his visit. He provided great maintenance and tips for extending the life of our treadmill. We will definitely use Joe again and recommend him highly.

We turned to Thumbtack to find someone reliable to replace the old squealing motor on our treadmill.
Mr Sapienza, owner of Capital City Fitness Inc., gave us a timely answer and a fair quote.
He actually came ahead of the appointment time!! Incredible! He did the required work quickly and proficiently.
Our treadmill now runs as quietly as it did when it was new.
Mr Sapienza is a pleasure to work with. He is highly professional in his rapport with his clients and in his work.
The bottom line: Mr Sapienza knows his "stuff". His rates are reasonable and fair. We will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to others.
