5 stars isn’t enough stars to rate them. Buying my first home in Albany I was in over my head admittedly. I was looking for assistance and have dealt with contractors no shows, charging me for time not working, repairing things not broken etc... it was difficult to find someone to do work honestly. Then Rob and his company came into the picture. I originally hired him to install flooring since then him and his team have been my go to for everything related to my home. He has since done: flooring, wall repair, painting, bathroom reno and home repairs. He’s been honest, patient considering I was nervous and asked a million questions, reasonable, and just does a great job everything. Him and his team have literally been the most reliable people I have met in Albany and I truly don’t know what I would without them. Again, 5 stars is not enough.

Grahams Home repairs replaced a bunch of screens around my home that were torn and pushed out, He noticed I had a couple big dogs and made recommendations on types of screens to use I had no idea there were different types out there, needless to say my dogs have not been able to scare the mailmen by pushing through them anymore he installed them nice and tightly no ripples or give and my 80 pound dog hasn't pushed them out yet!

Rob made time in his hectic schedule to help us with an urgent front step repair. The repairs were efficient and the steps were as good as new. He also graded a small portion of the adjacent lawn and is returning to build a small retaining wall. Personable and polite. Great worker.

Details: No large items to haul • Yard waste, construction debris or scrap metal • Enough to fill half of a pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs

Rob responded very quickly and replaced our deck stairs the same day we contacted him. His work was professional and efficient and he cleaned up and took away all of the rotted old steps. a pleasure to work with him.
