- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you refer a new customer and they contract a job with me I will give you a discount on your next project. Frequent customers will receive better pricing than first time customers. Any project costing less than $150 must pay lead fee of project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself, and then allowing the customer to walk me through what they would like to get done.
