I needed rotting wood removed from a window inside a shower. Allan was quick to respond and was upfront that his estimate could change depending on what he found after removing the old trim (thankfully it didn’t). He provided me a receipt of the materials he had to buy and sent before and after pictures. He was thorough, including painting and sealing the new trim. Overall he did a great job and the pricing was fair (I even got two quotes to compare him and someone else which helped confirm the quote was reasonable). I would definitely hire him again if needed for other projects.

Allan did excellent work installing my new ceiling fan. It wasn’t an easy job as the ceiling is 13’ high and the new fan was 60” wide. He was prompt and worked longer than he had anticipated. Would definitely use him for future projects
