- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning you need (standard, deep, move-in/move-out, etc.). We don’t charge hidden fees, and we’ll always give you a clear quote before we start. We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and special packages for long-term clients. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our process is simple and personal. First, we’ll ask a few quick questions about your home and what kind of cleaning you’re looking for. Then we’ll give you a clear quote—no surprises. Once we agree on the service and schedule, Marcos and Eduarda (the owners) will personally handle the cleaning. You’ll always know exactly who is coming to your home. We believe in building trust, so we listen carefully to your needs and make sure every detail is covered. Communication is always open, and we’re here to make your home truly feel like a sweet home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Marcos and Maria have hands-on experience in residential cleaning, having worked together since the beginning of their business, M&M Sweet Cleaning. They continuously update their skills by learning the best cleaning techniques, using safe and effective products, and staying informed about new industry standards to ensure high-quality service. Their commitment to attention to detail and customer satisfaction is supported by ongoing practical training and a strong work ethic.
