Terry is a great guy with lots of enthusiasm and energy. My fence fix turned out to be more complicated than anticipated but he and Preston did the job with diligence. He moved a gate and repaired a sagging not able to close gate to like new. Great job.

I met Terry through Thumbtack. He responded very quickly and was always willing to set up a time to meet. We finally met, and on the first meeting, he put me through an unexpected easy workout. His enthusiasm and knowledge of body and diet are unparalleled. We hit it off right away and explained to him my years of issues and that I was an avid golfer. He was very clear that he wasn’t a golfer but felt very confident that he could help me. I have worked out off and on my whole life and have had many personal trainers. Terry is by far the best trainer I have ever had. In just 6 weeks, I have seen incredible results. This has never happened for me in the past. He works your butt off but is very cautious not to hurt you. He listens incredibly well and pushes you very hard. His greatest pleasure is seeing his clients succeed. He takes incredible pride in his work, and I have really enjoyed our time together. If you are looking for a no-BS kind of personal trainer that can’t do enough for you and loves to see you succeed, then you should sign up with Terry. My golf game is improving, and I am seeing real results. I forgot to mention he is a great guy to spend time with. He impresses me every day!

Terry is very methodical in his approach to your goals. His insight and knowledge of the industry is superb. I asked him to train me to compete in the wellness division. He was sure about that division and studied up on it. By my next training session my plan changed in regards to competing in that division. Terry is a great personal trainer and will get you to your goals with realistic approaches.

ACE Pt certified, Expert Rating certified, CPR certified, Former semi-pro bodybuilder, former Golden gloves athlete originating out of Gleasons Gym in sunset park Brooklyn.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
From a lifetime of athletics, a fascination with fitness and the love of science. My curiosity and motivation to learn new things helped me become a great teacher. I believe knowledge is useless if one keeps it to themselves. Im here to share what I've collected over the decades til now.
