Mark was great to answer the request and took the initiative to go see the venue beforehand, which was much appreciated. However, the video quality and response time after the event was very poor. The audio was lost on the 4 first minutes of a recording and the final version of the videos has not been deliver even after a month after the event.I would not recommend this vendor.

Thank you for taking the time to create a review. The video footage quality was never brought to my attention as an issue. We shot this event in 4K and delivered the project in HD so the sharpness and visual aspect of the deliverable couldn't possibly be poor.
The audio that was lost was due to the presenter of the event muting his wireless microphone after we have already tested and instructed him not to touch the device. Unfortunately the venue sound system couldn't be used to grab backup audio per the Sound system Engineer.
The final deliverable was provided 8/10/15 after different revisions were submitted for review. We weren't given a specific due date when the finished product needed to be turned in as we had several other engagements occurring.
