We cover all Design Drawings and Construction Documents; Permitting and Construction Administration in collaboration with licensed professionals. The job begins with a clear communication with clients and from there, we will be working together during all phases to meet budget, design expectations, and city requirements if needed. Prices vary depending on the complexity of the project, $400 for CAD drafting or Design drawings per day if the work takes the 8 hrs, but if the project needs Arch or Eng. permitting the prices need to be discussed. Language: English and Spanish

Tuve una excelente experiencia con GCD. Grettel es muy profesional, una diseñadora y una persona maravillosa. Se adaptó fácilmente a mi presupuesto y creó un espacio con el que estoy completamente satisfecha. Ya estoy pensando en un segundo proyecto con ella. Además, habla español, lo cual me ayudó muchisimo.
