Very helpful. An excellent way to start my year and clarify what's really important for me in life. I like the simplicity of Peter's coaching style which is encouraging, motivating, and uplifting. He is very professional, analytical and reflectiv. Peter is listening very carefully and I feel always comfortable. Thank you.Jan 23, 2020Verified
I was at a turning point and I knew that I needed to make a life changing decision, but I kept putting it off. Working with Coach Peter helped me to face my fears and make my own decision, so I could move on. I am very grateful for his genuine care and compassion. Thank you.”Dec 18, 2019
Coaching for Change’s coach Peter lives up to his promise. He helped me at a crucial time in my life, personally and professionally, and guided me through a difficult life transition. Thoughtful, respectful, challenging, he knows how to help you achieve your goals and get unstuck. Strongly recommend to anyone seeking to make a change in their life.Dec 18, 2019
Interacting with Piotr was like finding my own personal guru who understood exactly what I was going through. [When the student is ready, the teacher will appear]. I definitely needed to make some changes in my life that addressed some long standing habits and behaviors that I enjoyed cultivating over the years - yet these same behaviors brought me nothing in return, and I struggled to pin point the true identity of what was gnawing at my good will and (or what I thought) was my good intentioned behavior. Piotr had insight and wisdom, patience and understanding, like an empathetic coach, that allowed me, over a period of time to understand my own behavior and actions and what the pay offs were for me (why I do the things I do!). Piotr was gentle and nonjudgmental, extremely intelligent, and he helped me to look at certain areas of my life that I did not - and would not, share with anyone else. The feedback, encouragement and honesty I got from his coaching allowed me to identify and understand - both the complexity and simplicity of the issue(s), and this allowed me new insight, and new freedom to understand what was going on, identify the patterns, and provide the opportunity to change - if - I wanted to. I consider Piotr one of the rare "soul surgeons" - those people we need to meet in Life, who are skilled are helping us gently identify and remove the obstacles we self create preventing us from experiencing true personal freedom. He is honest, trustworthy and highly intelligent.Dec 21, 2019
Learning from Piotr, was the most valuable experience I had in this job. He provided me with high quality mentoring and I have the ability to confirm every day, with other colleagues from other MFIs. With his help, we have build up an MFI at the edge of current trends and with his influence, we continue to set up new project. He is my mentor and I must admit that he has changed my professional life.Dec 17, 2019Coaching for Change's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a FREE 30-minute introductory consultation to all interested customers. My prices are for individual sessions which last up to 50 minutes (longer sessions prove to be less effective). I do not charge for emails, texts or brief check-in calls (if needed) between the sessions. I do not accept insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We will start with an initial FREE conversation, usually lasting about 30 minutes, to get to know each other and to check whether we are a match. If you decide to continue working with me, we will sign a simple agreement that will specify the details of our coaching relationship. Occasionally, I may ask you to read something of relevance, keep a journal or do an activity that will help you accomplish your goals. But the most important requirement is that you are present and engaged in the dialogue, and work on your issues. After all, it is about someone very important: you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am trained in several coaching modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Immunity to Change, Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), Developmental Coaching and Structural Dynamics. I have trained with Coach Training Alliance (credentials pending), Minds At Work, Coaches Rising and other professional programs. I am a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Kellogg School of Management, and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
