I had Daniel as my personal trainer and he did an awesome job by adjusting to my needs and issues and he got me in shape in few months. I am a 65 year old and was falling apart before I worked with Daniel. Now I can move, do whatever I want without restrictions and fear of falls. I would recommend him with all my heart to people that are committed to get better and do whatever he says and work with him. He’s professional and punctual and accommodating but you have to keep to the schedule if you want results.

Daniel is hands down the best trainer I’ve worked with and one of the best around. He makes his sessions fun, his working knowledge of muscle groups and rehabilitative exercises is really impressive. He isn’t the kind of trainer that has you doing the same boring static movements all the time and is constantly switching it up and challenges you. If you are willing to put in the work and dedication to your goals he will meet that effort every step of the way and offers really helpful nutritional advice as well. Be ready to work and you will be not only looking better but feeling better after every session. Couldn’t recommend him more.

I can write an entire essay about how great my experiences are with Daniel I’ve worked with Daniel for over 3 years and I have nothing but great things to say about the way he trains and how detailed his training sessions are. Daniel, designs sessions to your specific needs and as a former semi professional athlete I needed a handful of different things to help me get stronger and quicker. From stretching to recovery you name it and Daniel helped me. He brought me back to full fitness after taking some time off away from the sport and I ended getting a contract offer when I left the country to pursue playing in South America. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re talking about as well as cares about his clients you shouldn’t look any further. Daniel is the trainer you want to go with. I been going to Dan for a while now and my experience has been great. I started going to my after surgery on my right knee. Dan has a very good understanding of rehabing injuries. He not only got my knee back in order but also got me stronger, looking better, and helped me add a good amount muscle. Would definitely recommend him

I've been training with Dan for close to a year, and it has been a great experience! I started with very little gym experience + history of lower back injury. Dan has helped me make a lot of progress in terms of fitness while also being mindful of the past injury. He often proactively offers modifications so that I don't relapse. Bonus point: he is fun to chat with between sets!
