Daniel is an amazing personal trainer. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and really takes the time to help you reach your goals. Every workout is challenging but tailored to your fitness level, and he always keeps the energy positive. Since training with him, I’ve felt stronger, more confident, and more consistent in the gym. Daniel is hands down the best trainer I’ve worked with and one of the best around. He makes his sessions fun, his working knowledge of muscle groups and rehabilitative exercises is really impressive. He isn’t the kind of trainer that has you doing the same boring static movements all the time and is constantly switching it up and challenges you. If you are willing to put in the work and dedication to your goals he will meet that effort every step of the way and offers really helpful nutritional advice as well. Be ready to work and you will be not only looking better but feeling better after every session. Couldn’t recommend him more.

I been going to Dan for a while now and my experience has been great. I started going to my after surgery on my right knee. Dan has a very good understanding of rehabing injuries. He not only got my knee back in order but also got me stronger, looking better, and helped me add a good amount muscle. Would definitely recommend him
