- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a 4 week program the prices are: - $90/hour for once a week ($360/mo) - $85/hour for twice a week ($680/mo) - $80/hour for three times a week ($960/mo) The program includes assessments (this will determine your fitness level and what we will need to work on), questionnaires (asking about your diet/ lifestyle, sleep, history etc.), nutrition tips, a program that will consists of your homework for each week, and of course our workout.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, I make sure I am acquainted with what they do on a daily basis because this can make or break what we do together during our training time (example: sitting most hours of the day, poor eating habits, etc). This is why I assign questionnaires to new clients. Following the questionnaires, I asses the client in order to get a better understanding of how far we are from where we need to be. We also discuss fitness goals and how much time the client will be willing to put towards reaching their goal(s).

- NASM CPT - CPR/AED adult & pediatric - Dotfit - Annette Lang pre-post natal - Original Strength levels 1 & 2 - FMS level 1 - Indian Clubs for shoulder mobility and restoration - Chek year 1 exercise coach I also love to work with kettlebells and find that they are such a useful tool. If used effectively, you can combine power, strength and endurance with just a kettlebell.
