Introduction: I'm a registered yoga instructor.
I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance looking to obtain clients for private one-on-one instruction in yoga, breathing techniques and meditation. I work with students of all levels and currently teach brand new students to the most advanced yogis. I also write a blog about yoga and wellness called KatieKoYoga. I'm also a trained actress, dancer and singer living in New York City, so I have an understanding of proper alignment and working from your core. I enjoy bringing my other passions into my teaching to help clients lead healthy and productive lives.
