ESL PAL LLC is an online ESL tutoring company for people who are struggling to learn English. We have been working as private 1:1 ESL tutors for 7 years. Our teachers are fluent in Korean and English. All of our classes are personalized for the individuals and everyone is welcome to ESL PAL. Anyone who wants to learn English with flexibility and understanding, this is the place to learn English. There is no workbook, or materials that customers need to purchase! Everything is prepared by the tutor and they pick the class materials and homework for the student. We cannot guarantee when you'll be speaking English fluently.. Because everyone is different! However, we can guarantee you that it would feel good as if you're studying with a pal(friend). So if you're looking for a fun, non judgmental, friendly tutor, this is the place to learn!

She is a teacher who really cares about her students. I was nervous about the class at first but she is really funny and caring so you feel like the class goes by really fast. You can enjoy her class and she prepares everything for the class every time.

My teacher is patient and kind. Even if it's not perfect, she gives me a chance to make my own sentences. Then she gives me a more appropriate expression for the situation. Her teaching gave me confidence in speaking.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a lot of options if you buy a 5 pack or 10 pack classes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would recommend the customer to take the 30 mins trial class to see if they think they can get along with the tutor. The whole point is learning is to have fun! During the 30 mins the tutor will assess the student's level, and prepare the student's class materials and homework to start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Childhood Education. I have been tutoring for 7 years. I have taught students ages starting from 4 to adults.
