Highly recommend! I had a cleaner cancel at the last minute and needed to find someone ASAP. I reached out to about 5 agencies to get avails. and quotes. Luis called me immediately, gave me a very reasonable quote ($150 for a 1 bed apt. vs. $250+ from others) and said his wife Ruth would be able to clean the same day - yay! Ruth arrived on time, had all her cleaning products AND supplies including a commercial strength vacuum cleaner! (some cleaners don't have vacuum cleaners which I never understood!). As soon as I met Ruth I knew instantly she was someone I could trust. Ruth was warm, friendly, easygoing and ready to work. I just walked her through my apt. and told her what I wanted and she "GOT IT". I'm not a micro manager as I always allow people to use their own judgment, expertise and creativity. I felt so comfortable with her that I left her alone in my apt. to run some errands. Ruth is excellent at cleaning AND organizing too. Even just turning a rug a different way made me so happy! I've already booked her for next time. I'm a very happy customer and Ruth is definitely a keeper for sure!
