- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price each job individually so that everybody gets the best price for their particular project. For example if the rooms are empty or don't require much furniture to be moved then that project will be less expensive!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information as I can about the project so that I can provide the best possible price and service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Carpet Care business for over 20 years and have taken New York State Green Cleaning Certificate Classes.
