Dave is the only contractor I will use. He has worked with me on multiple projects from home repairs to total home remodeling endeavors . He works hard to ensure his customer is 100 percent satisfied. Customer service and customer oriented individual that provides a professional opinion from inception to completion of the project.

Dave just completed a major high-end renovation at my home in June 2016. He completely gutted the kitchen and master bath...he removed walls, installed new custom cabinets with intricate custom moldings, new travertine/porcelain/marble flooring, new ceilings, walls, lighting, heating, electrical, plumbing. He also did major renovations in the great room - new hardwood flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting, electrical. He also did extensive renovations in two additional bathrooms, the master bedroom, the sauna room, and removed and installed all interior doors throughout the house. He also oversaw additional work in the foyer, hallways and a fourth bathroom. His work is of the highest quality. His communication ethic is second to none. He's always on the job because he does the work himself along with a small team of skilled workers. He's trustworthy, reliable and has fair prices. I would highly recommend Dave to family and friends no matter how big or small the project.

DE Nolan built an addition on my house. I cannot say enough about what he did for me and my family. He was always on time, he was very meticulous about his work, and he went above and beyond the job because he cares for the customer. My family and I will always be grateful to DE Nolan and his crew.

Everything about Dave’s work is superb! From start to finish he and his crew were committed, on our large addition, to fulfilling our requests with precision and superior craftsmanship. We appreciated that every day they were on time and were flexible and patient with us! Everything turned out well beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend Dave for the job!

I've had Dave do my deck, crown molding and some ceiling work. The fact that I've had him come back to do more work after his first job for me should be testament to how happy I am with Dave. Dave does great work, he is very detail oriented and is not happy until I am happy. Dave always shows up on time and completes his jobs within the time frame he quotes. Dave cleans up very well after his jobs and does not leave a mess when he's done. If he ends up spending less that he initially quotes he also passes that savings on to you. I have referred Dave to a fiend and family member and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks Dave!
