Motivated Laborers, and Charles were professional and easy to talk with. He did an exceptional job installing my TV on our wall. I would recommend for any project you may have.

Omg! I thought I had one gas leak, NYSEG shut the gas off and what I thought would be a quick fix quickly turned into days of work in the basement to replace several pipes, re thread some and replace or reseal every fitting in my 106 year old home. Charles and his team worked diligently to basically rebuild the two gas lines in my multi family home, including the fittings behind the mortar walls in the apartment which he also fixed after they had to break into it. They’re very competent, knowledgeable and professional. The communication was awesome every step of the way and I even learned a few things as they were more than willing to teach me along the way. My gas meters are back on. They really went above and beyond and even brought both me and my tenant space heaters!!!! They made this gas emergency and project a priority. I highly recommend Motivated Laborers for any home repair! I really can’t say enough. I’m more than grateful and satisfied with this company’s work ethic and customer service and they definitely greatly reduced my stress about this entire situation with their consistent reassurance. HIRE THEM, I PROMISE you will NOT be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience with Motivated Laborers for my recent move. From start to finish, the team was attentive, professional, and extremely organized. Charles in particular stood out, he was highly communicative, motivated, and made sure my attitude and spirits stayed positive throughout what can normally be a stressful day. I really appreciated that Charles came the day before the move to assess the logistics and the amount of items being moved. That extra step ensured everything ran smoothly on moving day, and it absolutely showed. The team was strategic in how they loaded and secured my belongings. Everything was handled with care, placed neatly, and nothing was damaged. What I loved most was that I didn’t have to lift a finger. The process felt seamless, efficient, and well-coordinated. Charles made sure I understood the process every step of the way and consistently checked in to ensure everything was safe and completed to my satisfaction. They truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely hire Motivated Laborers again. Highly recommended.
