- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job has a deterrent price and i give quotation one i receive the job with the pictures, i don't ask for down payment if there's no parts to be purchased. once i done with my job i expect to have what we agreed on , check or cash
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
get the inquiries get picture on the job needed pass the place to see if any spare parts needed did what I've been hired to do
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i'm an electrical engineer graduate out the united state and i have the full background for the handy job beside my practical experience in the USA, i'm sure i'll able to handle anything
