- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work within your means as much as possible, pricing, budgeting. We try our best! We have different packages for protection services on all of our moving & delivery services and many more options for saving some hard-earned cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to encourage customers to be sure to include as much information as possible about their move. (All belongings, possessions etc.) This information we are able to obtain through photos (to see the size and mass as well as measurements and obstructions on the wall during the move through hallways, staircases. Whatever it may be. If pricing and policies are met with the client we will go forward with a contract to ensure a client is covered and we are covered. Note: Most of our contracts always benefit our client more than us.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a plethora of different customers. Stressed out, Paranoid, Considerate, Anxious (etc.) Our job is simple, no matter what kind of customer you are we are sure to respect you, simplify your move with ease and hassle-free intentions. Our goal will always be to make you smile with your move, delivery concluding in a complete and fashion manner with no broken, stolen or damaged items. We will always take pride in that.
