Team Z trains me remotely, by writing my program and my macros. I knew Rich by reputation as a coach for serious competitive athletes and didn't immediately think of him for middle-aged and obese old me! I was training and losing weight (13 lbs) on my own, but always hungry and rapidly losing interest in strength training because of it. Through some macro and programming magic, I already have a different body in 5 weeks. Sorry that sounds infomercial-like. But I'm down 7 pounds with lots more muscle, never hungry (at least for long!), and killing it in the gym. With the nutrition/workouts they wrote for me, losing fat while gaining muscle is possible. And it's even easier if you're starting at square one or two like I am. Somehow, even though the macros and training looked like a lot on paper, it was doable, and I got to feel like a champ for accomplishing what seemed like so much. Which inspires me for the next day. I can't imagine how much more progress I would make if I followed the nutrition to a T, but 90% compliance means I get results without obsessing, and who doesn't want that?

I worked with Rich and Erin through an online coaching program that lasted 8 weeks over the holiday season. In that brief amount of time, I gained significant strength for every lift (25lb on my deadlift, 25lb on my squat and 20lb on my bench press), and lost 3 inches off of my waist. Rich and Erin were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me achieve more than I thought possible. I had been stuck for several months and they helped me jump-start my motivation. I would highly recommend them both and intend to continue working with them!

I've been training with Z Strength online for four months now. My workout plans have met and exceeded my goals. I have asked lots of questions and have gotten great answers. I'm hugely satisfied.

Coach Rich from Zsrength has been writing my programs since the beginning of my first year of college. Since starting Rich's programs I have had unabated muscle and strength gains. Zstrength provided me the tools to make my body transformation quick and easy. If you are looking for an affordable and easy to follow program then I highly recommend hiring Zstrength. You will never be lost in the gym or your programming. I highly recommend outsourcing your programming to professionals like Rich and Erin!
