- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard price for one-on-one personal training is $40 per hour. A 12-session package is available for $35 per session. A one-time introductory price of $30 is offered to all new clients. For nutrition and diet consultation, the rate is $30 for a one-time plan and $60 for month to month. We also offer a "grocery store tour" for $30.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers are given a free pre-assessment to discuss their goals, starting point, develop a realistic timeline and determine the best course to help them reach their goals. This does not take away from actual training time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rich has been training for over 15 years both online and in-person. He has also worked with clients ranging from brand new to fitness to high-level athletes, having coached NCAA Volleyball for 7 years. Erin has a Master's degree in Health Education as well as certification as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. She has been actively involved in health and fitness for over 10 years.
