- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually meet with them for a free estimate. Once talking about options, we will make suggestions from our experience to better improve their project if we feel there is a way. After that we send proposals over, sign contracts, and start the project when it fits our schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend local professional development classes from manufactures. We also are always researching for new top of the line products that are on the market. We are always reading the new installation manuals from the top companies like IKO, and CertainTeed for new products.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It has been a life long hobby, and dream. I always wanted to own a construction company, and now that I do I could not be happier.
