Once I put out an emergency request for a flooding issue due to a broken heater pipe in our kitchen, Chris responded almost immediately and came over promptly to assess the problem. He gave us a quote and what the damage was and came back the next day to fix the issue. Both heaters needed to be replaced and he did a great job. Even came back to fix the other radiators once we realized that they had stopped working due to air pressure after the water was turned off. Chris was extremely professional, kind and answered all our questions patiently.
