I recommend John from Freedom Pipe Repair and Drain Cleaning. John offered three different options to fix a leak that was caused by a broken valve, and offered very competitive prices for each option. Although we ended up waiting a short while for the super to shut off the water, John remained patient, kind and pleasant the whole time. Working with Freedom Pipe Repair and Drain Cleaning was a good experience, so I definitely plan to bring John back for future work.

I called to have my electric tankless water heater repaired since I wasn't getting any hot water. John was punctual and asked if I had a warranty in the unit in case parts needed to be replaced. In the attempt to find the problem he was able to repair it. It was something minor for which he did not charge me for it. He did not attempt to sell me something I did not need. What a wonderful experience. John is friendly, professional, polite. Would recommend to anyone.
