Sergen from Nagen Plumbing called right after I contacted him, described the problem and requested an estimate. He arrived at my house within half an hour to fix our clogged washing machine drain. First he checked the water flow in the main sewer drain in the basement and determined the location of the clog was in the drain leading to the sewer drain. He then snaked the washing machine drain, as well as the main sewer drain. He was very personable and professional and solved our problem quickly. I highly recommend Nagen Plumbing.
