Sergei and Dani responded to my message rather quickly after being posted on the app. They to the house on time. My issue is that I have a leak in a wall that is on the other side of the bathroom. Sergei inspected all pipes, we figured out that the issue was not a leak in the pipes but rather a caulking and sealant problem. The bathtub was not caulked properly. They removed the old caulk and replaced it with fresh caulk. All around the bathtub and floor. They were very patient and explained their pricing BEFORE the service and made sure I understood what I was agreeing to.
