We would highly recommend Sergen based upon our experience with him. He was very responsive to our request, fit us into his schedule very quickly, was punctual, transparent about his pricing (which was also very reasonable), worked quickly and cleanly, and was respectful of our home. He was a very nice guy too. Most importantly, he was able to fix our leaking sink and also diagnose and fix our shower. In particular, we’ve been suffering through miserable showers for years now because prior plumbers’ “fixes” made us choose between water pressure or temperature- we could never have both. Sergen performed a miracle and now we have perfectly temperate and strong water pressure showers! We will definitely be using Sergen again for any future plumbing needs.

I had burst pipes in the basement, and they fixed all 6 of them in 4 hours, even late at night. They were very friendly and transparent about what they would do. Their price was fare and I really appreciate that they came from the Bronx to Astoria within an hour.
