Sergen saved the day, would give him ten stars if possible. Our basement flooded on a Sunday and we weren’t even sure of the cause. Sergen came out and deduced that it was a clog in the main. He snaked it for a long time clearing tons of debris but it was still clogged! He called around until he found a colleague with the right tool and together they worked until the clog was cleared (late on a Sunday night!). Truly grateful for the professionalism and diligence shown, even more grateful that we can again flush the toilets in our house!!

Work was done on the kitchen sink pipes, toilet bowl tube under the tank, corked the rim, and shower taps. Water was leaking and his associate fixed the damage. They both did an excellent job and also cleared and cleaned up. 👏 Thank you both I'd hire them again.
