My pricing is designed to be fair and competitive. Every project is different, so quotes are based on the specific issue, required parts, and time involved. I don’t charge hidden fees, and you’ll always get an estimate before work begins. Discounts are available for multiple services or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I begin by reviewing the details of the request and asking any clarifying questions. I then provide a transparent estimate and schedule the visit at your convenience. During the appointment, I diagnose the issue, explain the recommended solution, and proceed only with your approval. After completing the work, I perform a final check, clean up the work area, and ensure you’re fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed hands-on training in residential plumbing repairs, including leak detection, drain clearing, pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and system troubleshooting. I continuously sharpen my skills through fieldwork and updated best practices to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant service for every customer.
