Initially I wasn’t happy with the quality of work. The owner had one of his employees come out and do the initial consultation and follow up, but he didn’t really do much of anything. There were still rats running around and I was catching more rats with my Victor traps. After explaining my dissatisfaction with the owner, he personally came out twice a week every week to do a THOROUGH inspection and to check his old traps and re bait the bait stations for FREE. I told him where I was hearing the scratching noises and he was able to actually find the sources of how the rats were getting in. He patched up all of the holes in the exterior yard that was connected to the neighbors’ yards and patched up the internal holes underneath the kitchen sinks. On top of all of this, every time he came out after our conversation he was punctual, sometimes he even got to my house before I did and started working before our scheduled appointment time. He lives in the Bronx, I live in Newark. After his most recent visit I am happy to report that it seems we are rat-free! All that’s left is to monitor. Way to turn things around. I’m heavily considering the quarterly service he offers, just to maintain our home in its rat-free state!
They were wonderful. They helped advising me what they needed to set up traps and was always available when I texted them.

A grey squirrel managed to get into my basement boiler room. I was extremely worried it would escape into the rest of the house. John was wonderful enough to come the same evening at very short notice and set a trap. He was very nice, friendly and professional. Happily, overnight, the squirrel was captured in the trap and picked up the very next day. Pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend John and Eco Plus Pest Management & Wildlife and would use them again if ever necessary.
