We agreed on a bedroom dresser , floating shelves , 2 portraits hung . After working on the dresser for 3.5 hrs he stated he couldn’t complete the job of the other items as the time was longer than he expected to complete the dresser . This was very disappointing as I really was looking forward to having everything done . I think he means well but communication can improve. As he cancelled on me the day of our original appointment due to a flooded basement then offered a reschedule and offered to do the other items free of charge r/t last minute inconvenience but then couldn’t honor that stated he’d get back to me and reschedule then stated he had other commitments that came up . Meanwhile I’m waiting on my other items to be completed . Very frustrated with the communication
