Ryan did a great job on numerous tasks. Installing a motion sensor on bathroom light and timer on the fan. Replacing water filters. Installing smoke detectors. Replacing lighting too high for me to reach. Hanging pictures. And cleaning up afterwards. Would be happy to use his service again.
