I called Anthony in to solve a problem that I thought would be expensive, and he found a cheap solution. I appreciate that he finds simple solutions, even when he might make less money. I also very much appreciated how he stood by his fixes. I had him in to look at three electric things, one of which was a flickering bulb. He came by the first day to assess, and returned the second day to do the fixes. When the bulb started flickering again the next day, he came by on a third day to fix it for free. Very honorable.
