- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started baking and cooking as a teenager. People started complimenting my dishes. when I baked cookies for my daughter's teachers for Christmas in Gold and Cream Tins they were every inpressed and said I should go into business.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was commissioned to make a German Chocolate Cake decorated in a 3D Fondant Tiger from Wnnie the Pooh.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know what you want. Ask questions. Make sure you communicate and understand on both sides so there is mistakes.
