Extremely professional and swift response to solve my issue within the first few hours of the inquiry. Uke was very informative and professional with his repair. He tested my PC to find root issue, which led us to find the issue being with GPU fan & not my PSU (initially had thought my PSU was burnt out). Within hours he was able to fix my PC from not being able to boot for weeks to getting the machine back on and fully functional. Would highly recommend to anyone with any computer issue’s & you can expect exceptional service.

Uke was a pleasure to work with. Losing the use of my older imac was devastating. I procrastinated making a backup and lost a lot of very important apps that were used daily. Not everything was recoverable but Uke did his professional best. He drove 2 hours twice to come to my apt to help me. He was able to recover most of my files and install a replacement hard drive with the data he was able to salvage, copied to it. I was in a panic initially when he brought me back the computer as a lot of the programs I had were not showing up. He spent an extra 2 hours patiently helping me find/restore many of them. Apple products are complicated machines, I didn't want to take it to an Apple store because I felt they would over charge me and not sure they would recover my data, just try to sell me a replacement hard drive instead. This was an expensive repair but Uke knows what he is doing and I wanted someone who was highly experienced with my type of machine and Uke is just that. I highly recommend him for his skill, promptness, patient. courteous & professional work ethic.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and I have a little bit of wiggle room depending on the project at hand and where the client is located. Asking for a better price never hurts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will communicate via Thumbtack on what the issue is, if its something that is worth fixing, go over pricing and then a good time for the client on when I can come in!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the IT world professionally since 2018-but I go back way before that working on projects on my own and solving IT related issues for all of my friends, family and relatives.
