I had an outstanding experience with my IT guy, Uke. My PC was corrupted and in dire need of repair. Uke not only fixed it but also installed Windows 11 and significantly boosted its speed. He went above and beyond by personally going out to buy a necessary part to complete the fix, ensuring all my data was saved in the process. Uke is incredibly professional and clearly knows what he’s doing. He asks insightful questions and is an excellent conversationalist, making the entire experience enjoyable. Uke's 5-star reviews led me to him, and like many others, I found Uke to be incredibly knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and very personable. He quickly assessed the issue with our printer and offered possible solutions and clear, honest advice. Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, he was very transparent about the problem. He offered to help locate a replacement part to fix it and explained the risks due to its age and condition. Based on this knowledge, we decided to purchase a new printer. Still, I highly recommend Uke and will definitely hire him when any other IT/printer issues arise. Thanks, Uke! Five stars all the way!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and I have a little bit of wiggle room depending on the project at hand and where the client is located. Asking for a better price never hurts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will communicate via Thumbtack on what the issue is, if its something that is worth fixing, go over pricing and then a good time for the client on when I can come in!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the IT world professionally since 2018-but I go back way before that working on projects on my own and solving IT related issues for all of my friends, family and relatives.
