- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and I have a little bit of wiggle room depending on the project at hand and where the client is located. Asking for a better price never hurts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will communicate via Thumbtack on what the issue is, if its something that is worth fixing, go over pricing and then a good time for the client on when I can come in!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the IT world professionally since 2018-but I go back way before that working on projects on my own and solving IT related issues for all of my friends, family and relatives.
