- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should know that I eat from what I do. I have to pay transportation in case that its a log distance and I need to pay rent and all the normal things a human being needs to pay. I don't charge a lot of money and I always explain what needs to be done with transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask for question related to the previous state of the device I am trying to fix. I do this in order to understand or to investigate. Then, once I find a probable cause of the problem, I test it to see if its x or y root of the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been fixing, using, maintaining, supporting, building, installing, and you name it computerized system since 2002. Yes, I was 12 at that time. I started with an old windows 95. I hold CompTIA A+ certification. I have an associate degree from Hostos Community College. I am completing a bachelors in Information Technology System at Lehman College(I need to pass 6 classes to graduate and I can provide evidence). My academy standing is in good shape too.
