Mike was great to work with. He came out and quickly unclogged my sewer line, and you can tell right away he really knows his stuff. He took the time to explain what was going on, what caused the issue, and how to help prevent it in the future. Very professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with plumbing issues.

Mike the plumber is an excellent and professional. Arrived promptly and started working with a very good attitude. He was diligent in trying to resolve the issue and used every trick in his arsenal to get the job done. He spent close to 5 hours on the job but instead of inflating the fee he actually wanted to take less as he wasn’t sure if the problem was completely fixed. A great guy and a good hearted individual.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend Drain Masters! I had a major drainage issue with my bathroom sink that wasn't draining at all. The technicians from Drain Masters went above and beyond to diagnose and resolve the problem. They had to open the wall to gain access to the plumbing and spent several hours snaking and hydro jetting the line in an attempt to clear the blockage. Despite the severity of the clog, they remained persistent and professional throughout the entire process. When conventional methods didn't fully resolve the issue, they identified the underlying problem and ultimately repaired and relined the affected drain line. Multiple tests were performed upon completion to ensure proper flow and verify there were no leaks. The job was completed successfully, and the bathroom sink is now draining perfectly. I was especially impressed with their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right rather than taking shortcuts. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and budget-friendly plumbing company, I highly recommend Drain Masters.
